Rosemarie La Rosa is a renowned creative freelance culinaire and conducts food preparation and presentation classes 'on demand'. Rosemarie will conduct classes on a 'one on one' basis or for groups, and in each class covers subjects such as:
- Designing a dining experience with courses that compliment
- Selecting and preparing ingredients
- Preparing flavoursome regional meals
- Kitchen management
- Food presentation
- Table presentation
- Selecting the best wine to compliment each course
At Barcaldine Country House we can provide many different cooking classes consisting of a 3 course Italian meal, the preperation for each course, the art of cooking each course, how to set the table and sit down to enjoy the meal with the perfect wine.
This is a truly memorable experience and can be enjoyed by singles in a group, couples, groups of friends or even families. Not only will you get to enjoy a fabulous meal that you have enjoyed preparing with Rosemarie, but you will take away with you a lifetimes' experience in kitchen and food preparation skills that will enhance your own.
