We have 2100 vines growing at Barcaldine Country House, half Chardonnay, half Pinot Noir.
Our wine is made off premises in Ballarat and the fruit we purchase to make our Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Roseé are from north of the divide.
Barcaldine Country House wines are available at many of the fine dining venues in the Daylesford and Hepburn region as well as selected restaurants around Melbourne.
